After spending years as a missionary around the world, Bob Hoskins founded the ministry of OneHope in 1987. Since that day he has worked tirelessly to tell each and every child about the love of Jesus, never losing sight of his God-given vision.
Today Bob’s role with OneHope is that of an ambassador, meeting with world leaders and ministry heads to lay the initial groundwork for new relationships.

Marwan Rifka
Executive Vice President
|
Marwan was born and raised in Lebanon, which is where he met the Hoskins family approximately 40 years ago. At the time, Bob and Hazel Hoskins were missionaries to Lebanon and Marwan would watch their children, Rob, David and Kim. He immigrated to the United States in 1975 when the civil war started. And in 1978 he married his wife, Sue, and they now have three children, Christina, Danielle and Matthew.
Marwan left the corporate world to join the OneHope staff in 2002. Today he is the Executive Vice-President of OneHope and his responsibilities include all organizational, financial and administrative matters. Marwan strives daily to create and maintain an atmosphere of strong, biblical stewardship to enhance the effectiveness of and fulfill OneHope’s mission. Though difficult, he knows his challenges are possible and is grateful for the opportunity to affect destiny in so many children around the globe. “It is by far the most fulfilling and rewarding job that I have been involved with,” said Marwan, “Even when compared to the top executive corporate positions.”
